I simply love it and all the facets which come with it. During all the concerts I played in the last 15 years the artist and his/her music was and will be always my main focus. The work as a musical director for an artist is for me more than writing live arrangements. Its about building a show, about building a strong team(spirit) and about serving the crowd with an unforgettable experience. Night by night.
